Stronger Together: Spatial Initiative Conference 2019

On Friday 1st February, Spatial Initiative held its first colleague conference, Stronger Together.

The event brought over 60 colleagues from both Styles&Wood and Extraspace Solutions together for an action-packed afternoon, celebrating key successes and talking about plans for the future.

From registration to close, the conference was school-themed. ‘Students’ were given school ties, jotters and pencils, and then placed into house groups before attending ‘classes’ for the day.

After starting with business updates (class assembly, followed by History class), students then took part in three teambuilding workshops: Maths, Business Studies and Design & Technology, where key business messages were shared in fun and interactive ways.

Finally, the day ended with Geography class – a chance to get everyone excited for the future by showcasing projects to come across the UK.

Sarah Morton, Framework Director at Initiative comments:

“It was an incredible day to have all our colleagues together to celebrate our achievements so far, and we left feeling very excited for another successful year!”
